So, I first found this video while sitting in a McLaren Pontiac behavioral health dayroom. I scribbled notes in my journal… slapdash and craptastically.
Now… I share this because I appreciate it from a self-assessment lens and I think anyone who’s struggled with their mental health and truly been invested in healing might love this framework as much as I do.
Diagnosed: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar consistently all through my life. The only diagnosis’ all professionals have agreed upon are ADHD, Depression and Bipolar because there are clear variables in my level of comfort including whether a family member is in the room and which one.
