But the think about music is it's all opinion based. There are lots of bands I respect but don't like. I don't like Mötley Crüe but that's okay. I'm not big on The Who and that's okay. I am not fussed at all about Korn but I respect what they've done and that's fine.
There are lots of bands that I think everyone must like, surely? But if you don't like Killswitch Engage, that's fine. If you don't like Rammstein, that's fine. If you don't like Pantera, that's fine. Hell, I once dated a girl who claimed she didn't like Iron Maiden, even that's fine at a stretch.
But if you don't like Deftones and Tool that is most definitely not fine.
