This gorgeous LP is a German new wave compilation from 1983—“New Underground”—with tracks by Romeo Void, Psychedelic Furs, Wall of Voodoo, The Stranglers, Lords of the New Church and more. Too bad the cutout cover got so wrecked by the previous owner, but the record sounds great—who doesn’t love the goofy jangle of “Mexican Radio” or the ominous indifference of “Never Say Never?”
