Among the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science signature offerings, the Undergraduate Research and Mentoring Program (URMP) funds paid undergraduate research opportunities for students majoring in all Maseeh College undergraduate disciplines: Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Additional opportunities may be available to students majoring in Chemistry and Physics. This program is supported by a grant from the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) Education Alliance (https://www.src.org/program/srcea) and by MCECS Dean's office funds. For this year's Fall-Spring cohort, the program received 29 applications. A diverse committee reviewed and ranked all applications. 18 outstanding undergraduate students were selected.
