Best Friends

Zeean came across Cass when they were very young, a priest in training and an heir to a throne - an unlikely pair, but one that soon became inseparable. Zeean aided Cass with any godly pursuits and Cass provided company, which to them, seemed an even exchange. It was not until they were older, traveling, that Cass seemed to find another to occupy his time. Zeean felt as though their friendship was not enough to placate Cass's desires, and they would soon find out they were correct. What were they to do now that their only friend has chosen to left their side?

Death (Ilias of Neriak)

Death is one of the most feared cards in a Tarot Deck, misunderstood and avoided for its power. Yet Death signals that one major phase in your life is ending, and a new one is going to start. You just need to close one door, so the new one will open. Reckon with the past and lay it to rest so you can harness your energy toward the future that awaits. You may also be entering a major change, transition, or transformation. The old version of you will die to allow the new you to be created, and in such death, great life is reborn. The future is uncertain, but the dark abyss is worth leaping toward. Even if you are scared, welcome this death, knowing new life awaits. Release unhealthy attachments and purge the soul, freeing yourself from the chains of abuse you have endured.

There are so so many emotions floating around in that head of yours aren’t there? Come on, we know that the people of Prospera have more to offer than what they show on the surface... and if not, I guess pigs fly too! Let those facades down and put some info onto the dash. Feel, explore, write angst ! Let us all see how your character really is under pressure. 

For our fifth day of challenges, we are looking to see some writing. Short or long, we just wanna see how it’s going.

Sometimes, words fail. Sometimes, we need to see to believe. When you bring your character to life, you must be able to craft a world and an experience that are visually rich -- something readers can close their eyes and become immersed in. Finding visual inspiration can help us tell better stories by drawing from things we know already exist. Visuals can stir emotion, convey deeper meaning, and bring levity to intense plots. Today, we’re using graphics and visuals to set the scene for our characters. What are they like? Who matters to them? Where are they from? And where are they going?

For our third day of challenges, a picture is worth a thousand words....

For today only, all graphics will be worth twice their usual value. Check our point system under “graphics” for details of usual value.

Graphics can include images, videos, moodboards, a pinterest board (with at least 20 pins in it), a gif edit, meme/shitpost graphics, etc.

Sometimes, you don’t know how a character is going to think, act, or feel until you play them out. Letting the muse flow can help sharpen a character’s personality, and today we’ll be developing their voices. Let’s explore their backgrounds, aspirations, and quirks. You might even meet another character along the way...

For our second day of challenges, we’ll be hosting a meme day !!

As the people of Prospera congregate at its capital, mourning the loss of the Great King, many figures - old and new - turn their eyes toward the throne. Some foresee splendor, their wildest dreams unfolded beneath the weight of a crown. Others portend ruin - the destruction of their kingdoms, or perhaps the loss of themselves in pursuit of glory. Be what it may, the future is fast approaching, and to prepare for it, we must look to the past. As difficult as it can be to see our reflection, the first demon we must face is ourself. Are you brave enough to look?

For our first challenge, we’ll be diving into our characters’ backgrounds. Members may post any of the following for 25 points each:
