Happy Halloween! Time to celebrate by analyzing everyone’s favorite smol angry noodle, Marie from @mauvecarnations​ and (previously) @psionicsiblinghood​. This lovely little lady belongs to @cyborgcarrot​. Hopefully I did her justice, what with her incredible character complexity.

I decided with this analysis to try making it a little bit...bigger than the last few ones. The opportunity presented itself because Marie has an extremely vast amount of posted content, so I decided to take that opportunity. And, despite that I enjoyed packing in so much more content, I think that I will switch back to the previous format for the next analysis because jesus h. christ this took way more effort than i anticipated. 

Next up, I think I will analyze either @askgiegueandcrew‘s Origen, @askgoopi‘s Ly, or Boson from the CogDis canon. However, as always, I am open to suggestions! The next analysis should be posted at the end of November - I think that I will try to post a new analysis at the end of every month. For now, though, I hope that y’all enjoy this one!

Dear girl with the hood,

I know times are hard. But please, you have to promise me one thing. 

Even after you try to end it, you won’t give up another time. 

Because even if it takes a while, you’ll find it. Kindness. Love. Family. It feels as though it’s all lost, but you’ll find them again. A kind girl with blonde pigtails that’ll extend a hand of friendship. A strong, tough woman at home on the battlefield that will treat you like her own family before you know it. A little girl with pointy ears and penchant for magic that you’ll see yourself in, before you lost all hope. A man who needs to sleep more that you’ll befriend and get close to (and will probably one day break your heart),  and a man you’ve only ever known in storybooks. A kind man at first scared of you but truly cares for you. A man who’ll help you find Mia when she scampers off and his wife that will soon enough find themselves as your adoptive parents. A tactician with hair the color of the sky and a kind smile.

There will be others. So, so many others. All of them who will one day smile at you with warmth and call you their friend, a part of their family. You will have a place in their heart. You will have something to live for besides the beauty of the world you’ll find yourself realizing all over again.

Promise you’ll never give up.

Taunt: “That didn’t even *clunk* hurt! *click*”
