Pure Vanilla: ... Don't- you really have to stop with the "return to flour" thing...Okay, Mediation can be helpful! Listen to some music, take a nap, or just sitting doing nothing can be good mentally! Self care is important.

Eternal Sugar: All of this strife...You should come to my garden and let me help you...!

Vanilla: Don't go to her garden...But getting someone to help look after you is not a bad thing if you trust that person! It is okay to need support and help! And rest is good when you are stressed or sick.

Silent Salt: Eat. Drink. Take care of your horse.

Vanilla: ...Not everyone has a horse, but a pet or even a plant to take care of can help immensely with mental health!

Shadow Milk: Hypocrite. If you want to help with the self care PSA stuff, ACTUALLY do the things you preach. Make sure you consume food and if you are hurt or sick, don't ignore it. It's important to tend to yourself before you look at helping someone else. You're no help if you are failing or falling or whatever, so take care of yourself. Because people care about you, and that matters to someone.

Shadow Milk: Curse you...I was KNOWLEDGE. I know self care. Do something fun! And try not to let the bad thoughts bring you down.
