hello & goodbye (for a little while!!!)
Even though I haven't written in a really long time, I have not forgotten about my baby: my blog, Prying Owl. Some may think that I have, but the truth is I think about it every single day. I came by just to update that I will be coming back in a short while, with tons of posts, news, and updates.
Just to justify my disappearing, I'd like to explain to all of you why this sudden abandonment. My life changed completely when I got engaged last year and moved from Brazil to Portugal. I decided to begin blogging since I had to quit my former job in order to move and wasn't able to work here, so Prying Owl became my full-time job.
Since then a lot has changed, I've gotten married, enrolled in a jewelry course, and applied for residency which as many of you might imagine, takes a ton of time and work to deal with all the bureaucracy. So getting my life organized ended up substituting the blog as my number one priority. And to pile up on that, me and my husband have been super busy with our new home which has been under construction.
All these factors have made it really hard to actually sit in front of the computer and write. But things are slowly falling into place and I hope that in a couple of months everything will be resolved and I can dedicate myself once again to my blog!!!
