                    attention is pulled from her thoughts to the sound of the door opening,   slate hues lifting to meet with a woman.   posture straightens as she watches her enter the room.    ❛    ——   so,   can i leave now ?   or do you need me to fill out more papers ?    ❜

[ hadley. ]    hey! gullible is a big word. [ hadley. ]    lol house doesn’t think i’m an idiot despite what he says. he’s an idiot.                      [ UNSENT. ] [ hadley. ]    as everyone keeps saying: i’m a sucker for being suckered. ffs.  [ hadley. ]    apology accepted.   [ hadley. ]    and not that i don’t ‘get it’ because believe me i do, but why foreman? 

  legal pad atop the countertop.  alicia florrick is a woman that strictly defines the lines   betwixt professional and personal but her unique position of her husband’s scandal :   sacrilegious acts broadcasted across national television.      she cares not about that   semblance of privacy anymore. yet, atop their desk and the discreetly drawn window   blinds of her office, she allows a bottle of scotch to rest atop -- as if alcohol is meant   to be a lubricant,  as if the burns of a single malt scotch is supposed to unravel all of   her client’s secrets.    and, she is pressed on time.   her mother-in-law has called her   more than five times in the past three hours.                  alicia florrick needs to go but   she cannot until remy hadley utters something of use for their case. 

                   it  was a  clean  shot,  the  other  had  reached  for  his  gun  and  jay  could  have  not  wait  a  second  longer  or  he  would  be  in  the  one  on  the  ground,  it  was  clean,  clean  enough  for  jay  to  keep  the  man  alive  so  they  could  LATER  TALK  TO  HIM.  that  was  what  he  believe  what  everyone  seemed  to  believe  at  this  point.  at  least  it  was  only  when  she  came  out  and  told  jay  the  other  guy  would  not  make  it,  he  had  lost  to  much  blood                    he  could  not  die,  he  had  no  right  to  die  before  jay  could  find  that  girl.             ❛❛    what  do  you  mean?   ❜❜              there  was  a  pause  when  his  words  came  out,  he  was  angry  indeed                    not  at  her,  but  with  himself,  he  should  have  been  MORE  CAREFULL.  he  should  have  tried  to  stop  this  from  happening,  if  that  girl  died  it  would  be  only  his  fault.             ❛❛   he  can’t  die.  YOU  CAN’T  LET  HIM  DIE.   ❜❜      //  @prxdigaldaughter   ↷   sc.

❝ — who is this robert chase and why are people comparing me to him? ❞ the surgeon crosses his arms once he made his approach to thirteen. it is a lot worse amongst certain nurses. but he can’t do his job with people not taking him seriously. he had been there a week so far, and this started very soon after his second day started.

     “ it has come to my attention you’ve got some bad company lurking outside. “ she’s already taking up a protective stance in front of remy, glancing over her shoulder to the other woman. “ it’s going to get ugly. i’d prefer if you found someplace safe to hunker down. don’t need my favorite doctor getting hurt. “

           you think SHE’S AN ANGEL when you first see her  ( and why wouldn’t you? when you see her it’s all blinding bright lights, a beautiful face, and the first relief from the pain you’ve been in this last week )  —  until you realize. oh. oh. it’s her. you’ve never been more thankful for a familiar face.  “ hey, ”  it comes out garbled and you can TASTE THE BLOOD in your mouth, all iron and familiarity, and you can only imagine the mess that you are  —  bruised and beaten, but not broken. you’ve never been broken. you never will be broken. there’s a smile growing on your face, revealing  crimson coated teeth, probably more unsettling than it is comforting, but you’re smiling because FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY they found you,  “ y’found me. ”
