Man, have I been gone for a while. I haven't posted anything since mid-January. I've been super busy with Athletic Training, work and training. Well, new in the world of weightlifting for me.
I had a back injury in early February. I was rushing through my workouts and so concentrated on getting stronger that I wasn't balanced and ended up with lower cross syndrome (Tight low back and hip flexors, weak glutes and abs). That's corrected now.
Injured my neck a couple weeks ago bringing some push presses down on the back of my neck. Just compressed a nerve and got some stiff and sore muscles from it. That gets pretty annoying when you're clinical site is Women's Tennis.
I set a new snatch PR at 90kg/200#
Set a hang clean PR at 110kg/242#, but still can't hit 120kg for a full clean for some reason.
Got a pair of 2008 Adistars in a size 16 for only $60. They fit like a glove.
