“Come on, we both need some more clothes. I know the mall has some damn delicious smells, but we got to at least walk through JCPenny before heading to the food court. and it’s not often we get to be places like this, we’ll be walking around for fun before we head home.” he readjusted the doctors mask- it was completely different from his mouthguard.

there was a reason he wasn’t out and about often. and he’d already accidentally pissed some lady off by twitch slapping her- she obviously didn’t believe that it was unintentional.

“ P-please leave me alone!! ”

Scared, alone, unsure of where exactly they ended up collapsing after running away from a near-deadly fight, Holly curled up on the ground when they heard someone, or something coming towards them.

Their soul was still out in the open from the last fight they were in, and from the way it was leaking and cracked there were definite injuries. Seems that the blood staining their clothes was internal, from how they were coughing and spitting. Either way, they weren’t doing very well…

There was the occasional pop of a joint, a crack in the air, and the footsteps were not hidden. there was a dull sound as if a blade struck a  tree, and a muttered cuss. another tic of someone’s joints and someone knelt by the kid, twitching, face obscured by a mouthguard and tinted goggles, and a hood pulled over their head.

"how can the dead look for me? are you saying she’s...” a pause.
