Okay, so. My roommate and I mathed this out, and we're confused. Season 2 takes place in 1966. George Aldridge attends Blenheim Vale from 1952-55. The earliest Jakes could have been there was 1952, then. And he couldn't have been older than say 7, given a) the visible youth of the child actor and b) the fact that the other boys' ages were given in the punishment book were 8-10, and he was described as being younger than them. So Jakes is 21!?!? I think the show might not have thought this through?
