The Wise of Heart or the One Foolish of Lips

Proverbs 10:8-9 Updated American Standard Version (UASV)

8 The wise of heart will heed commandments, but the one foolish of lips[3] will be trampled down.[4]

9 He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his paths crooked[5] will be known.[6]
