weirdly enough, celia's the one that can actually get gwen into a more playful mood. maybe it's because she doesn't push it too hard, but makes her own little jokes and witty comments. everybody's a little surprised when gwen starts having banter with celia, apparently genuinely enjoying herself. she's laughing, she's responding instead of shutting the banter down, she's even making her own jokes, if somewhat clumsily.

sam wears a lot of sweaters. it's just his style. they're all big and comfortable and soft. when the whole polycule's having what's essentially a sleepover (regular shift but everybody's more tired), he notices lena's on the verge of falling asleep...but she's still wearing her suit. it's a well-known fact that that's basically the only outfit she owns. he offers one of his sweaters instead, and lena's hesitant at first, but basically the second she puts it on, she falls asleep. it's just a bonus for the rest of them that she looks really cute in that sweater.
