divorce wasn’t a new concept to jackson. he has done this song and dance a handful of times and valencia was no different. did he love her? sure. but the man was truly incapable of being loyal, which lead to her filing for divorce, just like the rest of them did. but he’d never let his divorces paint him in a bad light. he made sure every single one of his exes signed an nda that ensured that they’d never speak poorly of him and that they would simply only comment that the divorce was amicable and they’re still very good friends. he stood on the bottom step of the grand staircase in his living room watching as valencia directed the movers around, since she was finally getting the rest of her things out of there. “you know, v...” he commented, looking up at her with a heavy sigh. “for what it’s worth, i really am sorry.”

“hey, don’t look so stressed out.” jackson said with a shake of his head, taking a seat across from her in the break room of two bush mountain, reaching forward to give her knee a squeeze. “you play one of the most emotionally complex characters on this show, and you’re doing a damn good job at doing it, i promise you.” he said with a nod, his hand now resting on her knee. “how about we take a break from reading over the script a million times and i take you out to lunch?”

after finishing with her      usual gym time ,      she goes to     her favorite cafe     and     orders her usual ,     black coffee with a     butter croissant.     as the order     is placed      on the counter      she grabs it     but      then realizes     the name on the order      and      turns around facing     the homme      ❛ brandon ? ❜.     she inquired     with a tilt of    her head     as she hands him      the croissant.      ❛ i think ,    this belongs      to you . ❜     she says     with an apologetic    smile . 

after talking to persephone ,    she felt so much     better but she     was still a little shaken      up after the paparazzi   mess.     curled up     in her bed ,     skimming through     the different shows     on     netflix until she     comes to a documentary    about the     blair witch .     maybe it wasn’t     the best choice      to watch this ,     when she was      completely     alone .      as they start     explaining    the origin     on how     she died ,     the door to her    room   opens and    a     loud shriek escapes      crimson petals .      ❛ what      the   fuck ,     carlos !     ❜      a hand placed     on her chest     as she lets a     sigh escapes     her brims      ❛ I literally thought      that damn witch     was coming      for me ! ❜        she grabs the remote     and       pauses the documentary      looking back        at her      best friend     ❛ what’re    you     doing here ? ❜
