Update - 9/5/2022
Lakes for the most part are done, all we need to do is fix the transition pieces on them and they should be fully ready. The main note is that even though weekly updates are nice there really isn’t much progress to make them interesting. So, from now on we will be trying to post every other week, so stay tuned.

Great News! We were able to finish up the ocean tiles by finally fixing a longtime bug, next on the to-do list is lakes and ponds. So, stay tuned!

Have some new coding tools under are belt to help with arranging tiles, other than that nothing new this week.
Update - World generation is now much more smoother for tile generation, and were starting to get them set in place. Still working on re-coding the rocks and trees to spawn on separate heights, as well as fixing gaps between the tiles, so stay tuned!

Update - Beaches for the most part are partly implemented but broke a lot of code for cliffs. Hopefully we will be able to fix it by the end of the week, so stay tuned! (Also please note that the black texture is just the stand in for the depth of water texture.)
Update – Transitions look much better now, and the Z axis is fixed for world objects! Still need to add transitions for corners (As in low to high, high to mid, etc.) and then we can move onto slopes.
Update - Tiles are now functionally in place with working heights, still need to add transition from mid to low, low to mid, etc.
