There are no fixed model to carry any projects in organisation. This is because the structure of a project is greatly influenced by the organisation's culture, style and structure. A project management style that works well in an organisation could fail drastically in another organisation because of cultural differences. The project structuring becomes even more complex if the project-originating organisation is involved with other external stakeholders. The involvement could be in the form of a joint-venture or other types of partnering agreements.
