Mela, Banshee
There came a point in the Plaguelands campaign where the group had to enter the Twisting Nether to confront a DreadLord. Carrie decided that, since the undead cat was out of the bag and everyone knew she was a necromancer, she would provide some reinforcements. After some snarking back and forth with Theo and crazy staff antics, she managed to summon a spirit.The GM decided to rule that her construct would be something like a banshee for purposes of appropriate theming. Then the group unanimously decided that my banshee was the spirit of my fighter Llaraen's dead elven girlfriend, Mela. And the GM decided to go with it. So that happened, and the "Mela the Banshee" episode inspired this figure. This figure was a bit of a challenge. I needed to match the "living" version of her color-wise so her identity would be obvious, but that didn't make her look very ghostly. I also wanted to do something to make her look ethereal, but my initial white wash barely showed up at all. Instead, I opted to dry-brush her in white, and that seemed to work. I'm happy with her glowing green eyes, too.
