Horrible No Good Angsty MD AU Idea: What if Eko was brought with India back to JC Jenson and, by extension, the flock?
Oh Adam would be pissed over the fact that India had a kid with a Worker, but would put up with it due to Eko's energy type (little lore snippet: different energy colors have different effects). Hotel, Iota and Seven would still be present and Icarus would have someone to stand up to him and his bullshittery. Eko would be more closed off and bitter towards everyone, but still be close with her mom and younger siblings while resenting her step-father and his mistress.
India would be able to raise Eko, although due to Adam's tampering, she wouldn't be as present 😔
