Ivy’s Fakemon - Scorpinch
This guy was just a doodle from a meeting that I liked so there’s not much development on him. Bug-type at least, but I toyed with the idea of making him either Bug/Poison or Bug/Dragon

Ivy’s Fakemon - Fuzzibug/Serepod/Miramoth
(These sketches were kinda everywhere so sorry for them being messily spliced together)
I’ve always loved luna moths, so of course I had to make a line of Pokemon out of them. These are some of the few designs I ever gave more technical information in addition to just their names and types.
Fuzzibug - The Larva Pokemon. Bug-type. Height: 8". A lazy Pokemon that loves to eat and hates to share it’s food.
Serepod - The Cocoon Pokemon. Bug-type. Height: 1' 0″. Evolves from Fuzzibug at level 7. In my initial attempt at designing this Pokemon, you can see in the top left of the second image that it looked a bit too much like Walloon, so I changed directions a bit. The final result is one of my favorite fakemon designs I’ve ever made. Serepod is very slow an sleeps a lot, conserving energy in preparation for evolution.
Miramoth - The Serene Pokemon. Bug/Psychic type. Height: 1' 10″, Wingspan: 4′ 2″. Evolves from Serepod at level 11. Miramoth is actually the first Pokemon in this line that I designed. Once I was happy with the result I started on the other two. Miramoth is a sleepy but cheerful Pokemon. It loves to help out and the dust shed from it’s wings has healing abilities. It’s psychic power comes from the gem in it’s forehead.
Ivy’s Fakemon - Tortonate/Torplode
Tortonate was the first fake Pokemon I designed for project Gen Zero. He started as a whiteboard doodle that I really liked, and consequently kicked this entire project off. He ended up Fire/Dark type, but the skull on his shell is a remnant from when he was planned to be Fire/Poison. A somewhat cautious Pokemon who doesn’t start many fights, but is not afraid to end them.
Tortonate evolves into Torplode, another Fire/Dark type. Torplode is confident and brutish and always ready to throw down.
These Pokemon are the only ones to whom I gave a signature move. The move is called Countdown and work as such: The Pokemon lights the fuse on it’s tail, initiating a countdown. Starting at 3, the countdown drops by 1 at the end of each turn. When the countdown reaches 0, the Pokemon erupts in a devastating explosion that knocks out every Pokemon currently on the battlefield, including itself.
Ivy’s Fakemon - Pangrawlin
Based on a pangolin, Pangrawlin was intended to be a Fighting/Ground type. I never got too far into this guy’s design as far as personality and fighting style, but I’ve always loved the visual appearance.
Ivy’s Fakemon - Shrowl and Sound-Type
If I were to add a new Pokemon type, I always figured Sound-Type was the most logical. There are a ton of sound-based moves already and a handful of existing Pokemon have mechanics that revolve around sound. Shrowl was meant to be the Sound-Type poster child. It is a Sound/Flying Type based on screech owls, and is able to paralyze foes with an ear-splitting shriek. The pattern on its chest is intended to resemble sound waves, but if I were to freshen up the design I’d want to push that detail a little more.
Sound-Type itself, while attacking, is super-effective against Water and Grass-Type Pokemon, and not every effective against Flying, Rock, Steel, and Electric-Types. Defending it is resistant to Water, Grass, and Sound-Type attacks, and weak to Flying and Electric-Type attacks. Most sound-based moves would become Sound-Type, and the ability Soundproof would make a Pokemon immune to Sound-Type attacks.
Existing Pokemon that might become Sound-Type are as follows:
Zubat line - Poison/Sound
Whismur line - Sound
Kricketot line - Bug/Sound
Chingling line - Psychic/Sound
Chatot - Sound/Flying
Meloetta - Sound/Psychic and Sound/Fighting, depending on forme
Noibat line - Sound/Dragon

Ivy’s Fakemon - Pudgeon
Pudgeon is a showbird Pokemon that comes in different formes that are based on different breeds of pigeons and doves. Different formes can be bred by breeding Pudgeon with different kinds of bird Pokemon. It’s default type is Flying/Normal but it might change depending on it’s forme. I suppose basing a showbird Pokemon off a chicken might have made a little more sense, but I kind of fell in love with Danish Jacobin pigeons.
Ivy’s Fakemon - Bluzu/Munzu/Cerulezu
A pretty straightforward line that was intended to serve as the first flying Pokemon a player would encounter on the first route of the game, like Pidgey. A Flying/Normal family of bird Pokemon based on jays, with Bluzu based on a Stellar’s Jay, and the fully-evolved Cerulezu based on a Blue Jay. If i were to keep working on these designs I’d want to push each of them a little more to make each evolution a little more unique from the others.
