Something I know in part bc my high school math teacher made all of us calculate it ourselves, iirc a bunch of different times.

In the past two days I have been early or on time for two appointments

I have been able to change course and start tasks more than usual, even showering quicker than usual

I remembered to pick up one of my medications(although I forgot to go get my rent money but like I was carrying groceries so I can go back and do it right now)

Took a few minutes to organize some of my food??

A little eepy but like I was able to push through it

I honestly barely even notice it working. My therapist was like 'yeah you'll notice the effects like right away' but I honestly don't? I still feel tired and sluggish and less motivated but I also notice that the motivation I do have is actually. Able to make me do some things as opposed to making me yell at myself mentally and loathe myself for inaction I can't even help. Like it feels almost natural. But because I've actually been a bit productive I know it isn't natural. Naturally I'm not productive I can't do things in a timely manner assuming I can do them at all. But now it's like. Hm. I can probably do a little something. Maybe. Since I'm at it I can do this thing too. . . .
