Just a couple of cute nerds I love. n_n

Dangit, Steven, your hair is a mop. I don't understand. Anyway, this was inspired by MissPower200 on dA who referred to Professor Boxleitner as "Dr. Box". So then I just... wanted to draw him... in a cardboard box. XD I haven't drawn him in awhile now, now that I think about it. O_o; I'm kinda surprised I don't draw him more often... huh... For some reason I drew this without reference, even though I had some with me at the time. I was just too lazy to find it. XD At first I was going for a "quick and scribbley" thing, but then I ended up cleaning up the lineart anyway. ^^; BUT, I didn't work on it quite as much as I otherwise would've... so I'm trying really hard to be less anal about my art...  ^^; I guess he's not exactly a bishi, but the way this man attracts fangirls, he might as well be. XD Although, drawing him chibi-ified and in a cardboard box just made me think of him as a puppy. X3 Which is weird. Since he's associated with mice of course. I DON'T KNOW ANYMORE. I'M JUST TALKING NOW. ^^; SHORT DESCRIPTIONS. WHAT IS THAT CONCEPT? x__x NO! LONG DESCRIPTIONS! NOCAAAAAAAAAAAAN! I also wasn't gonna add the background as first, but then I did. And I'm glad. :) I need to work on backgrounds... even if most of them take place outside so I can abuse the photoshop grass tool. Oh, and I'm surprised I even got myself to attempt texture on that cardboard box. Not sure how I feel about the result. Oh well. And I gave him blue eyes just because. :]
