life lately, ft. stress + study notes

finals are less than a week away and i feel like i’m drowning a little. i know i’ve prepared, but prelims really shook my confidence… it’s that awful shift from feeling like the “smart kid” to suddenly just… average.

i haven’t eaten properly in days, and today when i tried, my stomach hurt — maybe from stress or just from running on empty too long. i know i should be taking better care of myself, especially as a future doctor, but it’s hard with everything going on.
