My therapist told me that I don't journal effectively. Well, I had to agree with her because I do not write in my journal when it matters. If I'm experiencing trauma or anxiety, I typically want to speak with the person that's causing it or someone I deem as more level-headed to determine if I am overreacting. ___ After speaking with my therapist, I realized there is value in journaling before a discussion.
