WHAT KIND OF MYST PUZZLE IS THIS?
I mean, at least a Myst puzzle you can... usually see or hear that it worked.
BTW, the sequel, Riven is a much better game. Seriously, while Myst has puzzles for puzzles sake, in Riven you’re dropped into a foreign world with unfamiliar technology, and puzzles are the player figuring out what everything does.
Hell, you even have to learn an alien number system that’s base fucking 5! And you learn it by playing a children’s teaching toy that you find by wandering aimlessly into a school house.
You’re basically playing an anthropologist to a completely fictional culture and it’s frikkin’ awesome! ^^
