I’ve decided not to count the calories in 1 monster ultra + 1 packet crystal light, since those are essentially a daily, and I don’t think I should count the 20 calories, since it’s essentially self medicating, and those 20 calories are not going to affect my weight lol.
I weighed in at 181.6 this morning, my old starting weight! I also updated my stats with goal dates! 212 days to lose 81.6 pounds, so a pound every 2-3 days and I’ll be golden! I’m gonna try and do the ABC diet starting Monday, so my limit for tomorrow is 500!
If I can lose 20 or more pounds on the 50 day ABC diet, which I suspect I will considering I’ll be working out, and I’ve once lost 10 or so pounds in a week before, that will mean I’m right on track! And in about 25 pounds, I’ll be at a “healthy” BMI for my height! Really hyped to see if I can hit my goal and succeed in the diet!
I will allow myself a bowl of miso or a clementine on fasting days (40 calories each), and I’ll allow myself to swap days, depending. For example, week 3 has 200 on a Tuesday followed by a fast Wednesday, so Monday or Tuesday I could decide to fast Tuesday and eat Wednesday. I cannot decide to eat more calories sooner, but I can swap them if I decide.
