A big shout out to the parents who work at MTW who turned up early morning before heading to work to cut down the bushy area near Welches school where a man was engaging in indecent behavior as innocent school children made their way into the school compound. This is being proactive and not waiting on government. I think this is wonderful!! I also understand a guard has been stationed at the school so hopefully the culprit would not return.
