Bad Boy Zuko is more of a mischaracterization than Awkward Turtleduck Zuko ever will be. I said what I said.

Look if the only characters you ever write about are Zuko and Iroh you cannot reblog posts that accuse all Zuko and Iroh stans of being evil unless you wanna be a MAJOR hypocrite.

Weird how everyone and their mother will whine about fanon portrayals of Zuko that are “too soft” or “too sweet” or “too nice” but nobody complains about the mischaracterizations that make him a cackling asshole 24/7 to everyone.

Those people who claim that calling Zuko an awkward turtleduck is “infantilizing him” have never lived in a place that has snapping turtles huh.

PSA: If you come onto a PROPERLY TAGGED post of mine to bitch and moan about how evil I am for liking/disliking a particular character or ship YOU WILL BE BLOCKED. No, I will not listen to your complaint about how “Iroh and Zuko are overrated.” No, I will not heed your insistence that “Zutara is such a shitty pairing.” No, I will not deal patiently with your “how dare you suggest Azula isn’t perfect waa waa waa.” I am on this website for fun, not for debates, and if you try to debate me in any way that isn’t “hey maybe tag this differently” I WILL block your ass and I will not feel sorry for it.

Even if Zuko never got redeemed he would still be a more moral character than Azula but the abuse apologists in this fandom are not ready to hear that yet.
