i wouldn't say i'm into htp but i've read a few great fics, and i just want to say, bless you for running this blog. i can't even imagine the kind of patience and tolerance running this takes (my rude-people tolerance is zero), let alone the courage it took to deliberately start a blog like this knowing it'd invite a ton of hate. ironically enough i think most people in htp are more accepting, mature, and rational than 90% of the general fandom. /hugs/ you're a great person.

Firstly, thank you for this informative, cool-headed blog regarding the HYDRA Trash Party. I just discovered the HTP branch a few months ago and love it. Thank you for being an organized, safe group in the fandom that watches out for everyone in it, and for creating a space to share our ideas/fantasies w/o shame. I would like to get more involved with people in the HTP on Tumblr; how do I make more friends? Lastly, I can't get to the HTP threads on A03 via computer and I want to post anon; help!
Thanks for your message, and we’re glad you’re enjoying our little corner of fandom! Most people here are pretty friendly – if you see someone posting content you like in the HYDRA Trash Party tag, we’re sure they wouldn’t object to you dropping them a message to say hello.
There’s also a HYDRA Trash Party chatroom on IRC where some of us hang out. If you’re familiar with IRC, we’re on server irc.irchighway.net, channel #hydratrashparty – feel free to join us from your app of choice. If you’re not familiar with IRC, you can access the chatroom in any browser via Mibbit or IRC Highway’s webchat (set the channel to #hydratrashparty).
As for accessing HTP content on AO3, fics are generally posted under the HYDRA Trash Party tag. We also have the HYDRA Trash Meme where people post prompts and fiction, mostly anonymously. If there’s something else you were looking for please let us know and we’ll do what we can to help you find it!
