I consider myself a multicultural polyglot. I speak English natively, with French being my second language, and Flemish Dutch as my third. I’m not fluent but I’ve done some learning in Turkish, Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Greek, Latvian, Malay, Quechua, Czech, Polish, Yoruba, Tagalog, German, Italian, and a tiny tiny bit of Indonesian. I’m also trying to learn more regional dialects from Europe in french and such and maybe indigenous languages of places in the Americas and Africa :3 It'd also be cool to someday add a lesser known language from Central Asia or maybe just smth like Japanese or Korean to my list! @multilingual-panic

Blog theme: None. I’ll make comments on things I do or share about my day sometimes. Tumblr is more just for random thoughts or things that happen, sometimes art I do. I struggle with social anxiety, and depressive episodes on top of my plurality and other shit going on in my head so sometimes it takes me a bit to respond or I might react differently because we do use our blogs as an outlet sometimes.

(if I ever say anything offensive or use terms incorrectly, please tell me and explain why to me! It is not my intention to make people uncomfortable, however I will debate/fight about controversial things)

When it comes to political things I’m not on either side but I tend to lean more towards left democratic socialist views. I'll reblog things from fandoms / like or passing interests or my moots. I also will probably sometimes vent here about school, mental health, or dieting, fad culture, etc. Also might do things like SH, SI, ED, and hypersexuality to spread awareness and decrease the stigma around struggling with these types of disorders.

While I was recording these guys my classmate reminded me to shoot in 4k. I totally forgot I could do that with this camera- so upcoming pics will be better.

Also while I was gone, I got my paws on a canon powershot sx40! Pretty old by tech standards but hey! I'm not turning down a free camera- idk what I'll use it for, maybe some spotting, idk!

When I was a Junior in high school, I called my local airport and spoke with the CFI (certified flight instructor) at a flight school to get some information. It was a very productive call that engaged me, and I was able to schedule my discovery flight for the following week.

When I walked through the gate and onto the tarmac, something changed; it went from planes being something cool to me actually going out and flying one. The flight instructor briefly walked me through what he was doing from pre-flight to takeoff, and then we were in the air.

He gave me the controls, and just like that, I was flying, not very well, but I was doing it. Unfortunately, as much as I enjoyed it, I could not find time to fit training into my schedule with school, sports, and other extracurriculars, so I put training on the back burner.

Then, during my second semester in college, I found myself with a lot of free time, so I decided to head down to the local airport and start training. And just like that, I was on my way to becoming a private pilot. And it’s safe to say there were some unexpected experiences along the way.
