Prime Prep Apply Predict: Building Your Perfect Study Session

I'm sure you all have heard of spaced repetition and the Feyman Technique. Yet, many of you might be wondering "I have no clue how to start doing these" or "how do I even include these in a study session?"
But I'm not here to simply regurgitate those strategies or stray you away from them. Rather, I'm here to teach how to use those strategies effectively and in a manner and actually helps you to layer their benefits.
I call this strategy the Prime Prep Apply Predict (or PPAP), like the famous song. It's the four simple cardinal rules I want you to follow every time you study and it is crucial you follow these rules in that very order.
By the end of this summer, you will have (hopefully) built the perfect study session! This is the master-list for all of the techniques that are being explored this summer with the final post about creating your custom study routine.
