Introduction aside, this is another shop fail post.  I think that's what I'm calling them now.

Payless for those who are completely and utterly unaware is a shoe store.  The shoes shown in my last post were bought the same day as the shoes that are up on the block as failures.  Why?

The shoes have been worn.  I mean obviously worn and resold.  And you're probably thinking if it was so obvious, why did I buy them?  Well, this is more along the lines of they feel kind of different, but not uncomfortable when I tried them on.  After that, they sat in my closet for maybe a week or so in their box.  I can't say for sure because I can't remember, but I do know it was recently.  But today, my family is on their way to the lake (5/14/2011) so I pull out the sneakers because I'd rather wear something comfortable even if I have to break them in.  And when I started walking around with both shoes on and tied, it became really obvious that they'd been worn before.  Like, these were someone else's shoes.  And probably not for a little while because it felt as though there was another foot that had been in them.
