Donât Be Lying - Gabe Kubanda (Music Video) Review
On 05/28/2015 we at For The Fans TV received a sneak peak of his new music video Donât Be Lying off his album Flow Fail Prevail which is out now.Â
Gabe Kubanda is a singer-songwriter who is a national touring artist who has played at such festivals as (Vans Warped Tour, Summerfest, SXSW, CMJ Festival and many more). Gabe Kubanda plays acoustic indie pop music and is one of the few gems in the music industry who is self-driven and who has also taken the entrepreneur role. He also doesnât get caught up in the issues and drama in the music industry and really letâs his music and actions speak for themselves by again being a self-driven individual after leaving his former band 7 years ago to become a solo artist and starting/creating The Epic Proportions Tour where he would take out other bands with him on the road where is has preformed for our nations Military at High Schools and College Campuses which I had the pleasure of meeting Gabe Kubanda when he was playing at a High School . He has also spoken at several industry panels at major music conferences. Flow Fail Prevail is his sophomore follow up to the EPÂ â Letâs See What Happensâ It includes 15 songs which is a mixture of Interludes, remixes and one of a kind track that features his fans friends and bands. This album is the peak of song writing for Gabe Kubanda itâs the last 3 years as not only as a solo artist but also being on the road.Â
This is our review of the music video:Â
As we watched this music video we came across several high notes for his music video which includes it having a futuristic vibe when it came to the scenes with the young ladies and an electronic notepad which also looked futuristic. At one point he also appears a hologram on that same notepad as the young ladies look into it with interest.  We at For The Fans TV agree as a consensus that we loved the fact that itâs just the musician and his guitar with great angle shots and you can really feel the one on one connection to the song. We had also agreed that there were great guitar solos and focusing on guitar and less on other instruments it also had great flow from start to finish also it was great to see a music video where there was no costume changes or of scenery as well. This music video and song had a great mixture of guitar, Gabe shots and without a guitar shots and connection shots at the chorous/bridge especially towards the end of the song which can be illustrated by these time markers and also our favorite parts of the video it also had great candid shots.Â
