This is so simple Brussel sprouts, carrots, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, red onion, garlic, mushrooms, broccoli, red & green peppers. I usually make Nom Nom Paleo’s stir fry sauce. But I was out of fish sauce. So I used this coconut aminos garlic sauce @coconutsecretofficial.
