Agreed! I feel like the majority of 1D/5sos fans are in their early-mid 20's and then there are a lot of young teen/preteen fans. I think your age is, like mine, a minority. And you are correct it doesn't matter how old you are. As long as you respect them and support them that's all that matters. Age has nothing at all to do with it. Sadly, most of the fans in the 1D fandom I don't feel respect them much. It's a very strange fandom, first the way they treat the boys and second, the way they treat one another. I've never been part of a fandom where fans attack other fans as much as the fans in this fandom do. Also they attack the members of the band like nothing I've ever seen before.

We "non-traditional" fans will stick together! ;)
