PrepTest Notes
I have been murdered by PT 72 and am writing this from beyond the grave. Someone please avenge me.
PrepTest #72
Score: 166 (83/101)
LG: 19/23 RC: 22/27 LR1: 22/26 LR2: 20/25
The lowest I have ever scored on RC is -4, and that only happened once, so -5 was an unpleasant surprise. LR was a little harder than usual as well. LG was fine, except game #4, which consisted of the last five questions of the section. I got question 19 correct, because all you needed were the rules, no diagram or inferences, but I got the last four questions wrong because I literally had no clue how to approach the problem. It was a pattern game and I just couldn’t figure out how to diagram it.
A quick google search showed that I am far from the first to take PT 72 and then want to dig my own grave when I saw my score, which is a small consolation. However, the general consensus seems to be that most modern LSATs (70s and above) are harder than the older ones, and if the actual LSAT is as hard as PT 72 then I am screwed.
