Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 avocado. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 scoop vanilla keto protein powder. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
