Got to spend some quality time with my precious pooch, Princess Penelope (how’s that for alliteration?!) last evening. Yesterday, she turned 10 months old! Loved watching her run at the dog park, it’s as if she glides through the air. As I have said before, I’ve never been a dog person, but Penelope stole my heart from day one. Because of her, I now have an appreciation for dogs in general. Thank you, Penelope, for opening my eyes to the unconditional love that dogs/pets offer. Upon leaving my son’s apartment, Penelope always goes to the window and will watch you until you are out of her sight. I was waving and blowing her kisses when I hear my other son exclaim, “Mom, get in the car!”😂 Anyway, I had no idea that my Penny Love likes to cozy up to a good cup of coffee just like her Buela (that’s what she calls me).
