I’ve been stuck for a while to find a way to communicate my relationship with my pre transition self. She’s not dead, she’s still part of me, the part that reminds me of how far I’ve come, that keeps me connected to parts of girlhood. I’m so proud of my younger self for pushing through her depression, all the times she didn’t think she could live anymore. Because of her, I’m the person I am today. Because of her, I want to live life to its fullest now.
Make sure you stay, future you will be so grateful and proud of you for doing so <3

i dont think this is label related but it will never not piss me off when people say "your physical features dont equal your gender" yet act like youre not a certain gender just because you have a feature that 'contradicts' it
for example people say stuff like that and then call me a 'misogynist' for drawing female characters without breasts. there are real life women who dont have breasts at all, do you think theyre misogynistic to themselves too?
same way how people treat non transitioning trans men or women, like how can you agree physical features dont equal your gender and then say a trans woman isnt really a woman if shes not on estrogen. i dont know
(anyways im going to draw more trans characters who "look" like their birth sex just to piss those mfs off. trans people who arent able to transition or just dont want to deserve more rep)
