School/college is so important for us, yet they don't realise that students have other things to do as well as work, they have jobs, hobbies, a social life, they have family issues and may go through some really hard stuff, yet college/school still set hours of work to do, home should be to relax, homework shouldn't be set because we end up becoming so over tired we are always unhappy and unable to do things we love due to tiredness, our performance will slowly drop throughout the year because of the amount of work they have set. Yet they still expect us to perform our best when exams come round, to our full potential, which we cannot do because we were to focused on getting the work done that we didn't take it in properly and learn it well enough because it was hard to revise along side sleeping, outside school/college, being at school/college and keeping up with our other work that students end up being depressed because of their results, they see themselves as failures. It literally pisses me off so much. Rant over
