we need common sense gun laws, end of story.

Good morning and if this is my last post I hope it’s a good one! If you are like me and woke up to NPR telling you that we just bombed a target (about time) in Syria and Russia feels personally insulted and Putin states there WILL BE CONSEQUENCES 😢😢😢 When will all these asshole leaders Trump, Putin, Yun and the king of Syria (he calls himself president but runs it like a kingdom) going to realize that playing king of the mountain in a world that just wants to learn to love and respect others. I hope this does not escalate into the 50s style relationship within the world. It is so selfish for these men to use their people and flags to i#stroke their already excessive egos. WE ARE WHAT MAKE OUR COUNTRIES STRONG and we have to be strong and push hard for change! Well I love you all so much! I have friends in most countries, all faiths, races and economic and social classes. That is thanks to my mom who pushed me out to go and do everything to learn the world was bigger than me. So if this is one of our last days on earth and that’s not a far stretch with today’s escalating political climate, let’s make it about telling people positive things and feeling positive things. At times like this, words fail me and it’s very hard to think of something positive to say. I’m heartsick over the #Parkland tragedy. 💔 Heartsick that any teen or child or adult ever has a moment’s worry about going to school. Heartsick that any of you, dearest lovelies, have to ever fear for your safety. I wish I could take it all away, including all these 🤬 guns. You are bright places in a too-often dark world. Hands on the wheel.

At this point I don’t know how to feel about anything. 18 shootings over the span of less than 2 months. That is not ok. Why should I have to fear going to a place that’s supposed to help me in life? Watching the videos alone has changed my thought process. I can’t even imagine what the kids involved are thinking. My condolences to the families, and kids who had to see their classmates lives be taken away right before them. If that’s not a wake up call I don’t know what is. I don’t understand why we’re letting this happen, but it’s not ok. Instead of arguing about what side is right why don’t we start getting shit done before there’s a 19th. Because now I have to go to school scared everyday, who knows what could happen anymore.
