Help me to fix my eyes on You, the author and perfecter of my faith, so that I may run with endurance the race set before me. Grant me the wisdom to live in a way that honors You and brings glory to Your name.
Lord, I trust in Your promise to return and bring about the ultimate restoration of all things. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on that glorious day, knowing that the suffering of this present time is nothing compared to the eternal glory that awaits us.

I've never known anxiety like this. Where your chest feels tight, breathing becomes calculated and a heightened bout of nervousness all while drowning in your own thoughts? I had to step back a minute and breathe slowly to gather my thoughts. A moment of crying then pulling myself together so l could take care of my client. Repeating the Lord’s Prayer got me through the morning.
