Attempted yeastless bread yesterday because I had the day off, and I wanted bread. It's not bad for when you're in a pinch, like we were a few years ago when there was a yeast shortage. I just didn't have any yeast, and didn't wanna go get any. This has a very dense crumb but goes well with some salted butter and jam. 🥰 Definitely better warm; I could chuck a cooled loaf at someone's head now and knock them out. It's that time of year again, where I have #Thanksgiving dinner ALL WEEK for work lunches. ✌️😁 - Roast turkey - Sliced ham - Garlic mashed potatoes - Corn casserole - Stuffing - JELLIED cranberry sauce - Shitload of gravy Everything turned out fine, but I think I'll take the turkey out maybe an HOUR earlier next time... 🤦🏻‍♀️ oops, my bad.
