Sad nightturning RV in. Tripometer on the RV resets at 1,000 miles every time. So we traveled 2250.6 miles in the RV while in Alaska. On a plane tomorrow (July 4th) at 6 am (local) to head home. In Valdez briefly today. Wish we would have planned another day day. We got in kinda late last night. Went and saw the Solomon Gulch Hatchery. The kids were amazed to see all the salmon trying to get upstream. The we had dinner (very late as usual). The drive down to Valdez is breath taking. Just awesome. Beautiful water falls. Beautiful mountains. They do get an insane amount of snow here though Jeni was reading. We are leaving here this morning after some shopping. Loved the canned salmon and creammcheese on the @riverboatdiscovery cruise so much yesterday that I bought some. Andrew, Grace and myself (Mike) love it! Grace prefers it plain so we left some in the can for her to eat plain! You can order it from thier website as well. Andrew got such a kick out of me.going to all the serving stations yesterday and telling them (with a big grin) that I hadn't tried any yet and would love to try some for the first time 😜😀.
