Patient has had previous back surgery where a piece of the ilium was removed and fused to the lumbar spine to "add" stability. Over time the SI joint became painful and the glutes/hip rotators hypertrophied. Dry needling with stim and deep needling of the SIJ and ligaments was performed. Patient is now golfing.
