I also know someone who is very, very special to me who is very fond of Italian food and it really motivates me to learn to cook said dishes-

A few too many things rung familiar for the Italian with that application, and a few too many things worked in his favor. There was no conceivable way he could deny it, not when he found himself reading it over and over, going from scowling to smiling and back again with each line.
