This is another difficult conversion I have had on the back-burner for a while, but had not worked out a method to translate it (at least semi-reasonably) into a TS4 cas item. It's really high poly. I used the same sneaky (and experimental - for me -) method that I used on the Halwe hair which might not be perfect, especially with the lower LODs, so I do apologise if there's anything going on I haven't been able to predict or counter through my own testing.

Known issues :
As shown in the .gif, the hair morphs with the breasts and the forehead, but the hair may be too reactive with certain animations and gaps may appear when the forehead is in an extreme position. I believe this is better than it clipping with the forehead, but the effect might be displeasing to some.
On a sim without breasts the braids do not fall as pleasingly as on a sim with breasts, as the hair is weighted to the chest, and so will follow chest deformations in either direction.
Also be aware [as demonstrated in the dancing gif] that if you use WW or any animations with breast physics, this hair might bounce around a little strangely.
If your sim has extreme sliders or uses a body mesh that significantly increases the bust of the sim (such as the eve mesh) I cannot guarantee that the hair will not clip.

Known issues :
As previously mentioned, the hat chops are not perfect with all EA hats (this particular shape just proved difficult to give hat-chops)
There is a gap near the forehead to allow for forehead sliders (as well as the hair being weighted to the area. On smaller foreheads, the gap may be obvious from certain angles in game.
Larger ears will clip.
