March 1-31: #Activework Photo Contest to Encourage Workplace Fitness and Activity!
Staying active at work is one the simplest things you can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether you take the stairs, workout during lunch, ride your bike or the bus to work, or are prepping for the IL marathon, every little step counts (literally)! During the month of March, we want to see what you are doing to stay active while you work. Share your photos to the hashtag #activework on Twitter and Instagram or post your photos to the Popup Gym Facebook page.
Contest Prizes: TBA
We have great prizes for contest winners to keep you healthy and active throughout the year! We have great stuff to give away from PowerMax Equipment, Urbana’s Market on the Square, Neutral Cycle Workshop, and a few others sponsors that will be announced over the next few weeks! Rules: Post photos of you being active or performing any fitness habit that allows you to have a pep in your step while at work. We’re looking for fun, creative, and everyday ways that help you stay fit. We’ve listed some ideas below, but we want to see what you are doing because it just might encourage and give other people ideas of how they can be more active at work too!  Post your photos to the Popup Gym Facebook page or use the #Activework hashtag on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram between March 1 and March 31, 2014. Â
We’ll have the judges take a look at the photos and announce the winner a few days before the Illinois Marathon!
