So I wrote a little something. I'm kinda disappointed in it, but it's the first thing I've written for Marvel so I'm trying to give myself a bit of grace, but I just needed to get it out cause otherwise I'll never get to actually implement the very many ideas I have that could turn into fics. Maybe if I feel motivated I can turn this into an actual fic.
Sir there is an email in the inbox of SI customer service email that might be of interest to you. Jarvis's voice came through the workshop's speakers as Tony worked on one of his antique cars.
"Jarvis since when have I been interested in emails. Especially ones to the general account. If it was important Pepper would already be bugging me about it." Tony says coming out from under the car, and wiping his hands on his t-shirt as he goes to grab a cup of coffee.
Sir the email is addressed to The Mechanic from Harley Keener, thanking the mechanic for his new lab upgrade. I thought you might be interested in seeing it. Jarvis says, his voice taking on a note of amusement which definitely should not be possible for an AI.
"I didn't program you to be smug Jarvis, just show me the email." Tony says and sees the hologram come up with Harley's email.
It's Harley, Harley Keener. You know the kid who saved your ass in Rosehill. Wait you told me to play it cool, is this playing it cool, I'm not sure. Well whatever, I saved Iron Man's life I should get to brag a little. I saw on the news what happened, you saved the president, that's awesome, I wanna know all about it. Can you tell me about it? Did Iron Patriot help you? Did the Avengers help you? That's so cool. Anyway that's not why I emailed you, I wanted to say thank you, for you know upgrading my garage. It's awesome, so thank you. Cause unlike you I can say thanks when someone does something nice. Some of the equipment are a bit confusing, but I'll figure it out, cause you know I'm really smart, I mean I literally helped Iron Man. BTW, my mom is still in complete shock that you called her, and that you were in our house, even after seeing all the tech you sent. I think she still thinks this is a joke or something. My little sister’s pissed at me cause I lent her watch without asking her, which is dumb because who the hell can say that Tony Stark wore her watch. But she’s annoying like little sisters are. Ok, my mom just called me for dinner so I’m gonna wrap this up. Thanks again for the tech.
“Dammit” Tony says, as he realizes he’s smiling reading this little shit’s email.
