On the right: 1/18/18 the first month I got serious about fitness. I Started working out 4 to 6 times a week. I didn’t know much about nutrition or have a steady workout plan. I started doing research and got the help of an online coach. This was my first progress picture. On the left: today, March 17 (pic says 18 but it’s close enough right? 🤷🏼♀️) Three full months since working out consistently 4 to 6 days a week. I do mostly weight training with a little bit of cardio every day day. I’m continuously learning about nutrition and around month two, I was so hungry all day and I didn’t know how to handle that. Now I eat a small pre and post workout carb and add protein immediately after. I’ve learned so much about my body and am so proud of myself. You may not be able to see huge changes in these three months and that’s okay.
